We at SunVest Finance, are able to offer financing for Green Energy Projects.

Below is a list of the projects that we may be able to help you with regarding financing, and the information that is required
from our lenders regarding the projects. Without this information, we will not be able to help you.

We accept:

Waste Energy Projects.
Green Projects.
Gas Energy Projects.
Oil Projects.
Mine - Mineral Projects.
Coal Projects.
Nuclear Power Projects.
Biofuel Projects.

Our requirements regarding these type of projects, are as follow:

Complete resumes on all of the principals of the project in question.
Copies of all types of leases regarding the project in question if available.
Complete research and or surveys on the land and or business.
Long and or short term lease information if available.
A complete exit strategy, executive summary, P/L, use of funds, reserve reports and off take agreements if available.
We only accept Green Projects of $15 Million and above.
You must be the actual client and or representative for the client.
You must have at least 20% vested into the project of your own funds.
Anything else that you believe is relevant regarding the project.
